Local Experts in Fox Management

Foxes pose a significant threat to livestock, chickens, lambs and any livestock that could be considered vulnerable. They are natural predators that will take advantage of any opportunity for an easy meal, gaining access to birds even when you think they are secure. Foxes as we know dig, but are also accomplished climbers scaling high fences.

They not only prey on livestock but can also be carriers of diseases such as rabies and mange, which can spread to domesticated animals and even humans.

To mitigate this threat, there are two primary strategies:

Implementing physical barriers to remove access to their food source, such as secure fencing and enclosures, or by humanely manage the population with shooting.
